To be honest, the drive is quite far for everyone, but itās a nice middlegrounds, I for one vote for a monthly thing. Biweekly is nice but holy shit that trip owned my gas, and being a unemployed college student right now, that trip fucking hurts, but Iām willing to run that shit once a month.

Once a month is good for a stream. We seem to like Fridays for sessions, and we can just keep doing that as our schedules allow.

RE: 25th anniversary trip, I donāt think Darkness can get any kind of discount on a van, so I gotta look that up. Last time we did this, I believe the van rental ended up being about 200 bucks, split six ways. We also will need lodging, so Iāll look that up too. Might be able to get a discount depending where. Iāll look it up and get better numbers in the incoming week or so.
We have four people confirmed so far: Myself, Vestax, Geo and Darkness. Ultra Combo showed interest in coming along. Mizuki, I forget your stance on the situationā¦ it was late. I havenāt asked Papasi yet. Consider this an invite if youād like to chip in for the trip.

Also I do wanna go to capcomās 25th, but not at 200. I canāt afford that. When I went to LA last time, I went with two friends and I ended up paying only $50 for gas, $10 for spec fee and $4 for they tourney, and some more on food and thatās it lol.

I plan on going to the tourney in LA, but Iām not sure that I could afford to pay that amount either. I may have to put the majority of the cost on my card if worse comes to worst, but hopefully we can get some good deals.

Hey guys, sorry for not saying a lot about the trip, but I just want you guys to know that I have been figuring things out and not trying to keep anyone in the dark.
There is one main issue at this point.
The official address of the venue HAS NOT YET been posted by the event organizers. This means I donāt know exactly where to book a hotel.
Iāve constantly been checking here for updates:

I looked up the cost of a 7 seater van on Fox Rent a Car in SFO.
The ESTIMATED total is $210, which is 50 bucks a day (3 days) plus Taxes/Fees.
Because we donāt have an address, I canāt nail down exactly where weāll stay. Iād have to estimate about 250 for all three days, including fees.
Estimated Fee breakdown, 10.05.12:
Van rental: $210
Gas: $140 (one tank each way at $70)
Hotel room: $250 (I MIGHT be able to get a discount, but I donāt know where weāre gonna be!)
Total: $600
Split 7 ways = $86 (85.714)
Split 6 ways = $100
Split 5 ways = $120
This total is TENTATIVE until I can get some hard numbers, especially on the cost of the hotel.

Tentative: Stop by Donās Arcade if itās in the vicinity of the hotel/venue AND if we arrive ON TIME.
