I think that date is early enough that it has more flexibility with people who need to travel somewhere as Christmas comes up, and it doesn’t conflict with many dates for finals in school as much. Either arcade is cool, but I’d say SVGL. Is it a bit of a stretch to hope that Guilty Gear accent core will be there? Too bad we can’t just nab the cabinet from SFSU…

svgl or mgl is fine with me, both arcades are really nice.
I’m in favor of the 8th - 9th dateline as Im almost positive most people will have other obligations as December progresses.
As for the place, I vote MGL, mainly due to the space. It has larger floor space with much more breathing room and Im sure they can break out the ropes to seperate tournament entries and spectators. Those “Banned” Im sure can request permission to temporary attend if they really want to be a part of this tournament but like Huy said, who even remembers? Just don’t break the rules.

It looks like the majority of the players want 8th weekend and at Milpitas GL. So I’ll talk to MGL folks and announce with an official thread once I get the green light from them for that weekend.
