My main issue I learned recently with players like Noel or Viper is that when I see those combos I always expect them to be implemented fast. Both Viper and Noel are pretty fast characters, so I always have the mentality of simply doing the combo fast. I discovered that’s a wrong thing to do, so I slowed down a little and when I did, what do you know? Viper’s FFFs in combos and Noel’s 22c, 66c combos are goin well now.
I do believe so, but it’s all good.
Hey, if you guys are doing casuals tonight then count me in. I’ll be online around 7 or 8p est.
is that est?
Yes.
cool, so 7 my time then
I can’t make 7pm but I will definitely be on later on tonight, if you guys will still be playing then I would love to join in on the fun.
Can I get in? I also live in Est. I can learn alot from this,
2A>2B>5B>5C>2C>3C is my BnB. That’s generally how I start my 6C loops. The issue is if i’m stuffed out I pay the price. And it’s not just my friend. Though I feel he is the best Tager I go against, the chaaracter in general gives me issues. Though i’m more likely to beat an unknown Tager than my friend.
I had the exact same problem last night. It was somewhat similar I fought a pretty good tager player. Most of noel’s combos you have to be in close, and if you’re close to tager its over, but I rarely use 3C.
Anyone have some good corner Bloom Trigger loops?
Bullshit! It took me at least a week to get Heart’s basics down. Noel’s shit took me like 10 matches to get everything except bloom trigger combo down (and that’s coz I didn’t know the inputs). Sure I used to play GG (not that well I might add), but even I found that to be ridiculous.
I just found it hilariously unfair that, first time playing the game, I went almost undefeated (somewhere around 50-1) with a shit-ton of perfects. Hell, I’ve never even beat those guys that bad at GG! When I think about it, the closest my friends came to beating me was when they switched to… NOEL!
Ragna and Jin actually required I spend some time in training before I could do like 1/2 of their shit.
good job not trolling the noel discussion…
You’ll see how easy Noel turns when you play a good Rachel, Arakune, or Nu. And no, I’m not talking about the ones on American XBL and PSN.
Chill bro, you do know it’s only pixels right?
Noel has a Tager specific combo thats pretty helpful. after a 5C (combo or not) you can do j.a, j.b, j.c, j.d, 28d
you can rapid cancel and then 6C and repeat the bloom trigger combo or go for her silly throw loop.
Arakune is her worst matchup hands down! The only thing i like about the Rachel matchup is the flashy corner combo
If anyone wants to talk Noel strats and combos im always down for a session.
hi. which one is her BnB combo?
You do know that 90% of XBL/PSN players do not know how to play this game right?
Calm down, no one gives a shit about your 50-1 online record, gtfo out of this thread.
hmm what’s funny is that Jin’s combo took me a day of practice to get his bnb done to pat and i just got to memorize button inputs to get it most stuck in my head.
I still cant get Noel’s throw loop down consistently and that bloom trigger combo is ridiculous for me because i cant tell my finger to wait a quarter of a second before inputting forward D.
Oh, really? I coulda sworn US BB players were the best in the world… [/sarcasm for those gullible enough to take this statement seriously]
All I’m saying is the char’s retarded easy to use (easy execution, easy mixups… blahblahblah). Obviously, as this is an arcsys game, there will be situations where I may have to work for my win.
Just leave, even though i’m not a fan of Jin I’ve played him a few times just to play the entire cast to get the trophies, Jin is easier to learn than Noel, way easier, yet do you see me trolling the Jin thread? If you’re not going to contribute to the thread then GTFO and stick to the Jin thread only.
Your annoyance is not needed here.
