This. Or play who you want to play, but accept that some characters take more work than others to win, and some characters are unfortunate enough to not have enough options to win on a consistent basis.
Shit…I mean C. Viper may be the newest example of this.
Parting Shot: Some of the input on the games that have the thinnest tiers has definitely gotten me thinking of memories. Especially with Vampire Savior, one of my favorites. Too bad it never too off in the Tourney Scene.
Doing it mathematically requires all the variables and usually games have glitches that help boost someone to the top of the tier list. Shuns massive Kara Throw range elps her out a lot in 3S and then theres roll cancelling in CVS2. Don;t have all the variables and all your math goes to shit.
Perfect balance can be achieved. Imagine a greatly customizable fighting game where every move can be “bought” and equipped. For instance, with so many # of matches, players are awarded with game money, which they can use to buy a move for their characters. I guarantee you that in few weeks of going gold, most everyone will end up having exactly same moves known to be stronger than other moves. Unfortunately this doesn’t work in normal fighting game nature. It may work on a license game, matter of fact I’ve seen few late DBZ games that have very few play variations between characters. The question is, what fun could that be?
oh and that dude who says EFZ is balanced, plz explain.
