Well after listening to it again I realised that she something along the lines of how her gramdmother was a sorceress. Sorry if I mess this up, still learning and I’m just going by my ear XD: Mahou-tsukai no Ba-chan.
So maybe she learnd magic from her grandmother?
edit: and in her A clip, I think she says that her brother will/is going to fight.
I doubt by the way she said, that it was Ba-chan. (Add to the fact Ba-chan doesn’t literally translate to grandmother) There are several ways to translate “tsukai” and I think the appropriate one in this case would “use/user.” (In which case she would say Magic User) Bacchan, as she said, might be part of her speech (or a joke phrase) like desu or dattebayo. Who knows, my Japanese is meh.

I just realized something, “Al” the girl with the pink hair, is Al Azif from the anime Demonbane.
…and the girl with the gun convinently named “Ein”, I would say is related to Ein from Phantom the Animation.
The link under each of the character descriptions should lead to where the characters came from. LIke how Al has a link to Demonbane, and Ruili [and her brother] have a link to The Cyber Slayer.
When I saw Al, I was like where have I seen this girl before?

it’s like Demon Hyo said on Rushdown Radio the other night about Arcana, you may think that just because the game looks cutesy / moe / loli that the game has no depth, but you’d be hella wrong.
guess it’s all personal preference though…
