I knwo this is not the place to vent but these people geting gon my last nerves about super dbs boutuden being 3ds exclusive.I mean really, if you have to complain about game being on console you don’t own or prefer than the game just wasn’t made for you. I mean seriously what is wrong with the game being on 3ds? why not make it console? idiot that not sound business practice when you already have Xeno verse on console. Yeah yeah both are different games but that’s the point, different console require different game approach. This game is making the touch screen intricate part of its game play with its assists system. While button could have been used, were not even sure what function button may have or if macro are occupied. Fighters on handheld is really just that more marketable in japan. (which by the way is the intended audience) we don’t even know if the game is getting an international release.
With the 3DS DBZ game being a 2D fighter I might be interesting in checking it out.
I know absolutely nothing about DBZ though…so hopefully the game itself is fun.

I admitted to not knowing Sega made consoles, to not knowing who Michael Jordan was, and to not knowing who Michael Jackson was, among other things. This seems like par for the course, plus it just means that I’d be focusing more on the gameplay as opposed to the characters.

I bought Tatsunoko vs Capcom without knowing any of the Tatsunoko side OR the Capcom side (aside from Ryu and Chun). I still enjoyed the game.
If this DBZ fighter doesn’t do that for me then it just sucks as a game, fanservice or not.

ah I did this with Denki bunko. Melty Blood ( tsukihime), Hokuto no ken, Fate/ unlimited codes, Sengoku Basara, kenichi ps2 fighter, and Elemental Gelade. Only after falling in love with those game did I mess with the source material.
People want to look for excuses not to buy another console/handheld. It’s been a thing since the 16 bit wars but only has been getting more prevalent and worse over the generations with those people now having a place to put their gripes out for others to see. I also like the moving goal post defense when it comes to this stuff as well.
