I went to the Ravens/Chargers game last year in a Phillip Rivers jersey (not a Chargers fan at all, again, just anti-Ravens). I will admit the fans were WAY less hostile than I anticipated and didn’t really give me crap, only like 2-3 people did but it was in complete fun on both of our ends. Then after the boring ass game where the Ravens ended up winning like 9-7 or something, with a fieldgoal near the end, a few people were trying to give me shit on the way out.

It included “insults” such as “Go back to California with your nice weather” and things of that nature. And when I told them I’m not even a Chargers fan and I live here, they really didn’t even know WTF to say back to me.

why have these thursday games been so putrid, i mean they have always been bad, it sucks having such a short turn around for the players and staff, but dam this year they are down right lame so far. and its been bouts involving shit teams.

This is hard for people to understand who have never moved or never lived where sports teams exist locally, Love my Bucs to death (though the losing is getting old after 25+ years now) but I can say I have feeling towards the 49ers from going to so many games at Candlesick while living in Reno and the Cardinals now here in AZ. But like you I 98% support the Suns for this reason as well and the Kings for the 49ers reason for going to so many games. Though I also like the Raptors cause as a kid I loved and still rep and support the dinosaur.
