Maaaannnnnn fuck that. I was (shittily) hoping jacoby brissett would go down in the second half after Edelman got some points at WR in the first and then he could get some QB points too. He ended up with a meager 8 points and my opponent had Blount go off for 22.
Had Edelman in my flex spot and now I’m know I’m gonna regret it with some of the other dudes on my bench this weekend
This situation with the Patriots is reminiscent (for me) tot he 91 Redskins when all the QBs got hurt and Brian Mitchell who was the running back had to play QB since he was one in college.
Edelman can pick up QB stats from the WR position so a pedestrian stat line of 150 pass yards and 2 TDs would still be considered great. This happened with Joe Webb a few years ago and he actually got assigned QB/WR position on Yahoo.
At this rate Brady would only last one week himself.
