Damn i think i jinxed Wilson…I swear, they decide not invest in the O-line but chooses to throw the ball more makes no sense with offensive play calling. This is what i mean about Wilson getting hit, unless you watch the games, you only see the highlights…here is a late hit on Wilson which also was hit in the head but no call. He even got face masked & gets no call earlier in the game.

Whoever that was, that’s a good way for me to start fantasy football in SRK 2.
It’s also good that the Texans got up by two scores over the Bears. Bad news is Cushing didn’t finish the game but the good news is Jay Cutler spent the entire second half on his ass despite having Sitton and Long guarding him.
In all fairness the Texans were the number 3 ranked defence last year, no. 1 for the second half of the season and they didn’t lose any big names on defence, they only lost their placeholder right DE who got replaced by a healthy Clowney. The defence was expecting to play shutout, especially at home against Jay Cutler. The Bears probably wont face another defence that intense unless they make playoffs. The Texans pass rush is ridiculous.

That one completion aside, we need to ask the Saints if we can have backsiez on the Graham trade. Wilson had already thrown to 8 different players, including all 3 running backs, before they finally targeted Graham with less than 2 minutes left in the game. Not less than 2 minutes left in a previous quarter. Not less than 2 minutes left in the first half. Less than 2 minutes left in the damn game. At least with Unger was doing something every time he was on the field.

Has Graham even been hurt since playing for Seattle? Not to be negative here but he was placed in a lot of traffic often and got killed. He was always out but when he was in he was a monster.
His season was ended by injury during the 2nd half, just when it appeared they would finally get him more involved in the offense. If not for that, maybe he would have significantly better than 48 catches and just 2 TDs.
He had good games, but he was hardly close to a primary option for Wilson, and more times than not it seemed like it took forever for them to even get him involved in the offense at all. Baldwin, Lockett, Kearse, and even Luke Wilson (who’s behind Graham on the depth chart) get more attention in the passing game than Graham has. I don’t know if it is related to his injury, but to not get thrown to until the game is almost over is almost insulting to someone of his ability.
If this is how it’s gonna be with him this season then I wonder why they traded for him in the first place. Our O-line took a huge hit to bring him in. I’d rather have Unger back.
