to the people that continue to bump without a reason, I’m watching all of you. You know who you are, so I don’t have to put anybody on the spot. Knock it off or give a reason as to why you are doing so (price dropping, additions, etc.)

You already know we were pretty lenient about bumping threads in here without a reason, but if people are going to bring up the issue then it’s going to be inforced. Especially in the case of selling items, I don’t care if WTB threads get bumped I just don’t wanna see 8 post in a row with the same guy posting “bump” 8 times. Same goes for selling/trading.
what about people getting pissed in a WTB thread because they looked for the same thing and didn’t get it?
case in point - i just put up a thread yesterday asking for a certain item. i right away got 3 offers. 2 of which i just paid for. a member posted in my thread, angry because they had already made a thread WTB the same item.
later on that same day that same poster bumped his own thread to get it to frontpage because mine had already gotten offers. i then posted asking that my thread be closed because i had gotten what i wanted.
same poster posted again in my thread telling people to funnel any other offers towards him.
i’ve never done business on the SRK forums before and i will be doing it again - however this seems like a case of thread hijacking. normally i wouldn’t pay attention but this guy was just so blatantly obvious about his intentions. it was annoying to say the least.
same thing, just let the mods know who.

Are we allowed to sell our Steam Account? Like say I bought CODMW2 on a steam account but I don’t plan on playing anymore, would it be okay to sell it since I didn’t buy a physical copy of it?

So what is up with the Forum?
There is no more 50 Post requirement to create Thread in Trading Outlet.
So I’m not allowed to buy or sell anything until I meet the 6 months and 50 posts requirement ? If I’m not then it will make it a whole lot easier for me to wait until theres an online deal for a TE stick.
You are allowed to Buy, just not Sell or Trade.
One of the old rules updates still in the first post says “6 months + 100 posts” - it might be a good idea to clearly mark that as no longer valid. Most new members will read the updates in logical order rather than chronological order, and seeing two conflicting numbers could be confusing.
On the other hand, if someone can’t figure it out, maybe they shouldn’t be using the Trading Outlet in the first place?
