Man, I don’t know if this is worth of an infraction, but I feel an injustice done here and improper forum use.
thxyoutoo was selling a SC2 Beta key (link) to which I was interested in purchased. I consulted a friend to split the $$ w/ me and contacted thxyoutoo. Some people made offers but he told me that I had “won” it (proof is in the post when he said it “ends in 9 min” and “payment due tomorrow”) I told him i’d have the cash first thing in the morning and said that I was secure and that he would wait.
What do I find when I wake up and ready to make the payment? None other than this message in my inbox:
Whats the point in telling me I have it secured when it’s not really secure at all? Is it fair that a customer goes to bed thinking the auction was closed and he “won” the item, wake up to this bullshit that he lost it to a higher bidder, WHEN The auction was closed. Not even notification of the higher bid, for a possible response bid.
I believe this is abuse of the customer and most of all abuse of this forum (extorting for the highest possible $$). Anyway, I thought it was worth to post it here, and wish he is infracted in hopes to deter this kind of behavior, and unfair business practice.
Actually, That’s bullshit. The Trading Outlet isn’t an Auction house. I’ll mention it to MMDS and Fir but I’m pretty sure shit like that isn’t allowed on here.

whats the difference in unlocking a arcade stick to work in all kind of platforms my modding it with a MC Chu or padhack vs selling a unlock iphone to work on any GSM provider. As far i am unaware it is not illegal in the real world outside SRK.com. I can call tmobile tell them i have a unlock iphone and they have special package for the particular situation…? So i am just a little taken back from getting an infraction here because of it. I have tried to search this thread under iphone and i dont get any results. Please moderators any feedback.
Am I allowed to sell a ticket voucher for an airline? The voucher clearly states that it is transferable, as long as I supply the PIN number that I gave them at the time (which I have).
I don’t plan on using the airline anytime soon (only travel on US Airways for work and they pay for it) and figured I could help someone save a few dollars on a future flight.
