Just got off of the phone with AT&T. The dude I talked to was actually American, and he understood that I knew more about computers than an 80 year old. New modem is on the way, free of charge.

I have a 4 year degree is CIS, but Eddie, Squab, Dimo, and Woot are much more knowledgeable than me. They can build computers from the ground up and know hardware stuff, which I know very little about. 
At least you’re done. I’m trying to get there lol. Sadly I have about 2 yrs left
