GGs to Eddie in AE and Pat in 3s. I’ve practiced Oro probably a grand total of 30 minutes but had a blast fighting Mak with him. Gonna try and dig into learning that character.

Haha I noticed the change in playstyle a bit but I just thought Eugene got ultra serious or something. By that point I had almost all but given up. I knew a bit about what Oro could do but I was completely oblivious to Necro rushdown. Hopelessness either way. Whole set was a rapefest though and I only took 1 match off Eugene and that was when I could actually get in to touch him and try to start mixups lol. Gotta respect Ibuki jabs. And I don’t even care about me dropping on missed jump-ins or AA followups.

Necro stuff…if someone does that spin punch more than once in a row, you can either parry it twice, or just throw (you’ll have advantage) or jump straight up and down…parrying stops those Ibuki jabs as well as a lot of stand medium punch meter build up…(with Alex) but he’ll stop that once you parry it once or twice…
Astaroth: Hugo stand Medium Punch poke or parry twice (or once sometimes on Necro drills) to stand MP…that should stop Necro from just spazzing but the problem is with these characters (especially the ones I use) they are made to beat people that don’t parry or parry too much and keep them guessing…even some random chops are good as Necro’s biggest problem is lack of stamina
Jason, I see some Necros like pinoab7 doing some crazy corner juggles and stun combos, I’m having trouble getting the back+fierce connecting after the forward throw. Is that situational by character or universal?
