Cartoon networks demographic is whatever will make them money in the short run. And then appearing to actually care by acquiring the cheapest licenses and playing the hell out of the shit that have had for decades. Shit is terrible.

Oh yeah, the internet saves the day though… I just started acquiring 2 particular beloved Saturday morning shows that will have their final episodes tomorrow… yep, I’m snatching up all I can find right now (or at least, my favorite clips getting priority first…last week’s episodes were nothing short of amazing) before it becomes impossible to ever see the shows again, because you KNOW there will never be a dvd and/or blu-ray release.
If I were shopping around an idea for an action-superhero show, CN would actually be one of the last places I’d want it to air. I’d prefer my show actually last beyond 5 fucking minutes. Fuck that shithole excuse for a channel.

TT had a couple of episodes that had a serious tone to it which where the ones I preferred to watch, Red x,slade,terra,beast boy’'s mutation (there’s an episode where he goes rouge or something like that), and trigun
Back in the early 2000’s, this shit would have been on for at LEAST 6 seasons. It would have been on at 5pm, weekdays on toonami, so you could have a large amount of people up who can actually fucking watch it. it would have got promos and shit.
Now?
You barely get fucking commercials compared to the amount of annoying orange being promoted. And its on at 10 in the fucking morning, when people a. go to work
or b. are fucking sleeping
CN killed this show, what kind of crowd do they even want. Shit is fucking inconsistent.
Heres hoping that this show gets a DvD release and WB can actually finish it via dvd sales. Hopes are too high for that though.

I don’t even mind TT. I wouldn’t call it very good representations of the comics or the greatest thing on TV but I enjoyed it…well at least the serious episodes. But if I had to stab it 100 times to death and throw it into the volcano to save YJ I would.

Adult Swim (Toonami really) isn’t a dumping ground for Cartoon Network’s leftovers. Just because they aired SBT and Thundercats on Toonami doesn’t mean Young Justice is entitled to the same treatment. YJ has terrible numbers when it comes to reruns, so they aren’t gonna fuck with that festering pile of shit.
Also, Teen Titans was a pile of festering shit too. Even when I was 11, I used to think the show was embarrassing and unwatchable. It’s like someone made a show based off the artwork you would find in a How to Draw Anime guide that was made by jive ass honkeys. Then again, I always skipped it, and watched recordings of G Gundam and Trigun when CN fucked up primetime Saturday nights back then.
People can watch Young Justice all they want, because the internet exists. I think the main problem is that YJ is a popular show, and people still want new episodes of it… not just reruns. Cuz ya know? It had a story that was going places and it’s getting axed for TT, for no good reason.
