I downloaded both color packs yesterday but it only let me use half of the new colors. It said I need to download the rest but I already did (twice!).

It should be working now. I was able to download the two new color packs last night. The new set of Gems are available for purchase now as well (PS3).
Just tried again. I can finally download the gem packs but half of the new colors still don’t show up. The bottom row has even disappeared. 
I tried re-downloading the color packs but that didn’t change anything… Hope they fix this. I really’d like to have that red and bronze… SHINY SHINY. 
PS3 is fixed? lucky day?!? HOOOORAY goes and checks expect an edit…
I was using the mecha colors last night; not sure when they were fixed.
Sucks that you can’t use mecha colors for ALL parts of the costumes but my black/mecha blue Nina/Kaz looked amazing.
