Hakan - Oil up gives him more range, he can basically kara his 360 in oil phase due to the slide effect. May be able to move forward/backwards during focus while oiled up. His dash is extremely good when oiled up.
Juri - Wheel kick hits behind her. J.MK is a really good crossup. The counter teleport that goes straight up you can attack out of, so you might be able to get a free “jump-in” combo if you guess right. Lk pinwheel seems somewhat safe on block. Has a kara throw. Dive kick seems unsafe on block. Dive kick does not hit overhead. Can do j.MP -> land -> j.MP -> land -> EX dive kick -> ultra 2? (I might’ve heard that wrong so take this with a grain of salt)
Guile - Flash kick -> FADC -> put glasses on confirmed to work.
Dee Jay - EX upkicks is good. Charge motion for MGU, not a mash. Plays a lot like ST Dee jay, with a worse st.strong.
T.Hawk - DP has extremely good recovery. Condor spire seems to have very good priority, moves can go under him during this move. Hawk dive is awful.
Dudley - Does a lot of damage overall. Seems to have a good pressure game. Chain combos are very good apparently. Ducking builds a lot of meter.
Ibuki - j.MK is really good. Reverse DP + K is awful. Missing a few target combos. Not very EX dependant. Jab -> strong -> fierce SJC -> super does very good (50%) damage, and is dead easy to do. Super does good chip.
Makoto - EX moves are good, have a lot of uses. EX karakusa can beat jump ins. EX oroshi is pretty damn fast. Can TK her axe kick to get an instant overhead. MP and HP DP move forward. Post Hayate mixup has suffered, however Buktooth mentioned that he was able to hayate -> Karakusa a few times. Kara moves are gone. Abare can punish fireballs, but that’s about it as afar
Vega - 2nd ultra is a charge motion now, was a QCF motion before. Pretty much not comboable anymore due to that. EX SHC doesn’t go through them anymore for whatever reason. Wall dive glitch that stretches the screen may be gone.
Guy - Incredibly slow for some reason. Doesn’t appear to have transitioned over very well.
Cody - Zonk Knuckle is pretty good, can only combo into the jab version of it. Charge time for it is about 3-4 seconds before you can let go of the button. He can combo into ultra from EX tornado, not sure if FADC is needed. Can combo off of Criminal Upper if you FADC it.
Gief - Down to 1100 health. Can’t FADC into air ultra. Lariat can be crouched and swept by all characters.
Abel - 2nd ultra is really good. Can go through fireballs at mid-screen, is extremely fast. Basically Rose’s U1 with hyper armor and is unblockable. Charging it doesn’t seem to change any properties of it.
Gouken - Denjin does 500 stun at full charge even on block. Charge time is 3-4 seconds, blockable.
Adon- jaguar tooth and Jaguar knee both break focus, adons overhead is very slow, low strong has good priority, can jab jab jaguar knee fadc ultra
Chun - ex spinning bird in corner throws them opposite direction of corner, as opposed to into the corner. if all of kikosho whiffs but even the last hit conntects it does full damage
Ken - fierce DP is completely invincible. DP FADC ultra connects full ultra, not just shinryu
Blanka - ultra 2 seems to suck, has some kind of “mashing” involved with the input. like you can stall it or something.
Seth - AA DP -> 2 headstomps -> dive kick (whiff) 2nd ultra works midscreen.
Sakura - Can combo into her 2nd uiltra off a jab DP. Not sure if it has to be an AA or not.
That’s what I heard. I could very well have heard some things wrong so take it with a grain of salt. I also missed the first 50 or so minutes of it so ehh…
