hey spektrum sorry to hear your leaving but I’m glad you have a good job so keep it up man. Thanks for supporting the scene the way you did. Also I have some news too… I’m finally moving but it’s actually out of philly. I’ll be moving to cali most likely next monday due to the snowstorm delaying everything. And as of now there aren’t any plans of coming back but only time will tell. Some good job opportunities out there and a whole new way of living. Not sure if I’ll see any1 this weekend so just want to say it’s been fun here and had a great time meeting and chillen with every1. Really aint a speech kinda guy so that’s all I wanted to say really lol. Best of luck to every1 and thanks for being good friends. Oh… Last snow storm being snowed in at zacks for like 3days was too good lol.

You have a wire loose for the up of your stick. Just a educated guess, your stick is originally a 360 TE modded

Rick - maybe check your LS/DS/RS switch? Other than that yeah, definitely try to check out the wiring and make sure nothing is loose as Jeremy suggests.
@monoteketa: being an installer for comcast has it’s ups and downs. there can be lots of overtime, but they pay is good and the job will always be needed. plus the perks of working for comcast is awesome. it’s a great company and they are doing so much for employee retention and trying to streamline so much. know this though…an installer will also roll out to customer homes on trouble calls as well. if you are technical minded, this can be full as you will be trying to determine the cause of the issue and then repairing the issue. i say do it.
@kazi: you are crazy. lol. and you really got a DUI? If so, that sucks and i’m sorry to hear that. i got one back in1998 and it was pure hell. good luck with that.

Random indeed. If a wire from the dual mod came off, the 360 side you work fine. I’ve had to do repair this on a few peoples dual mod. If you can’t fix it yourself, I will bring my iron to the next biweekly and fix it up for you. Should take like 2 min to fix if it’s just a loose wire.
But…but…I like to be lazy

Spektrum: Sounds good man. To be honest, I am going to be graduating from a Electrical Technology class in a few months, so if they are willing to hire me, I’ll be happy to work to get some experience under my belt. As for the over time, that is kind of a perk for me. I like working, makes me feel like I am doing something productive with myself.
I Got: Yeah, it is a real simple fix if you got a iron and a little time to learn. I know these things seem like they can be really complicated, but it is simply connecting the dots essentially. The two dots, the one from your 360 PCB to the PS3 PCB broke, and you need to reconnect it by reheating the one dot again and placing the wire back down.
As for UP tonight, I got called into work, so I won’t be able to come by.
