Is it just me or do the AE machines at UP feel “bad”?
After two weeks of testing out characters, I end up with a team that the exact MVC3 equivalent of my first tournament MVC2 team. this game makes me sad :sad:. Now that i have a team I need someone to test it out against quick before I drop this game for something deeper…like checkers.

I think its fairly safe to say that anything concerning GJ will be posted in this thread now, its kinda stupid to have its own thread now that things are actually going.

I almost screamed when I saw Marvel 3 at UPinball. The cabinet looks so nice and its a quarter for 3 minutes. Everything’s available except online mode and you can even change the controller setup too 
UP AE machines have decent sticks, the non-Sanwa buttons sometimes malfunction but the UP staff is usually pretty quick about fixing the buttons when you notify them of the problem. And as for the MvC3 setup… I’m not a big fan of a quarter per 3 minutes PER SIDE since one game of MvC3 often lasts longer than 3 minutes, and there’s none of the “winner stays, loser pays” that’s a staple of arcade culture - meaning, even if you don’t lose a single match, you still have to pay $5 for an hour of play. :rolleyes:

Sorry Kenny, getting to play me these days in anything is really tough. Last couple months of school got me on lock pretty hard.
I won’t get off for work until 5pm Saturday, but I’ll definitely make the trip down to GJ for whatever games people are trying to play. I’m down for AH3/MvC3 and even SSF4 if you really want to play me lol

Body Shop Update:
Along with Super and Marvel, Puzzle Fighter is the side tourney for next weekend (3/12) I hope philly goes hard in that. And taking requests for the end of the month side tournament. When Arcana 3 comes out as DLC, we’ll most likely get that jumpin off.
Garou Motw tournament later today on a Neo geo Cab. Its part of a classic game event where its all the oldies but goodies and theres gonna be a mario paint and smash brothers 64 tournament along with garou. And bunch of people bringing in trade boxes with some cool rare stuff so if you come, have some bread or you could miss a one shot opportunity.
