Bah I didn’t see this till now. Thursday is bar tourney. But I could probably come by this weekend .
Is anyone going to this tournament in Jersey on Saturday? If you need a place to practice, there will be a session at Game Junkie in Glenside on Friday starting around 2 until around 10pm. As of now, the only people that I know who are coming are playing 3s, but if you SSFIV people want to organize something, I will have my hard drive with the costumes up till the new pack and a copy of SSFIV for you guys to play.

Right now we have some space… we’ll have a lot more space next month though.
What exactly is your setup? If its a monitor and a system then yeah, we’ve got space.

When I travel with a setup, it consists of an Asus VH236H 23" Monitor and a console.
Why? I have a problem regarding going to play casuals and not having enough suitable setups to play on. Standing around waiting for people to get up is not an economical use of time, especially when there is a finite amount of time to play (i.e. store closing). The purpose of travelling to play casuals is to get as many games in as possible.
So the solution = Bring your own screen + system whenever possible. The VH236H is pretty portable as monitors are concerned and convenient to setup and play on.
That’s definitely a do-able setup. there are 3 tvs in the store already, which we will have no problem dedicating to SSFIV. We only really like to play 3s on the one CRT (although the LCDs are virtually lagless. Ask Dr.Chaos, Reaper, or Yung Hove). Make sure that when you get there, you ask to get a sticker label on your 360 so they know you aren’t trying to steal one of theirs at the end of the night, since they let us use their 360s as well. With your setup, you’ll probably just be taking place of one of the tvs that’s already there and we’ll move that one aside or something.

Yeah, if you want to bring your own monitor, that’s not a problem. Won’t be necessary in the future though, as we should be getting some Asus monitors dedicated for this kinda shit…

Surprisingly daigo said he’s going to also learn mvc3. Finally a known japanese player competing in USA mvc3 tournaments… Kind of exciting to see. Mvc3 is going to be quite interesting next year. I def wanna see how it all plays out.
Also SSF4 yun seems to be what’s hot right now and from the looks of the vids and info… He’s def tops. I’m going to finally play yun

Body shop Saturdays 3 is today fellas. We start casuals at 4 and tournament around 8. It will be Ssfiv and 3rd strike tournament. Check thread for details. But for casuals its any game you want. We have almost everything available to play( Marvel,BB,GG,Tekken,Cvs2,etc). Hope to see you guys there.
