3s sprites have already been made by someone else, see the earlier pages of this thread. Same can be said of Marvel chars, you’ll have to Google it.

The idea is to make a free (non for profit) 8 bit street fighter type of game (to play on an emulator to begin with) with the sprites. I can do all the programming (I have around 10 years programming stuff).ill might be able to ask a friend who is a musician to do the music.
The backgrounds would be something I will need to ask help for
