I’m going to say it again… Make this into a game with some coder buddies. Extra points if you do it on mugen and don’t distribute the character files in a format that can be copied. Seriously, that engine is getting raped by head/move swappers and copies. It has basically become a fan character download service. Fighter maker 2nd seems like a good option though.
