Pretty sure that’s the palette he used. As in he only used those colors from those small squares.

What’s stoppin yall from doing SFEX, SF1, Alpha and the movie game(lol)? I mean…if all those were done, INCLUDING the monster few you made…it would be too awesome! Of you could wait for the rest of the SSF4 fighters to come out and make a project inluding the whole SRK artist commmunity. I’d love to join it if it were to come to pass
