I think our Tilt needs to have a tournament sometime soon. It just got a lot of new games, including new MVC2 and SVC machines. Anyone willing to compete? If so, head to Tilt this upcoming Friday and we’ll try to set something up with management or whatever.
lc and elp needs to do something something… since weere prettyt close by.f not…im sure sooner or later the fiesta lanes (bowling alley in el paso)which is close to sunlandpark mall… will be getting 3rd sstrike and ggxx soon…so we could start holding some tourneys. and maybe LC can come down… i known some ppl to play up there…but but since the tilt mvc2 in elp is reallly, really, shitty. its not a good place to hold tourneys…
but i think we (LC&elp)should all try and get this shizzle put up…

If I could convince someone to go with me to El Paso, I’d be happy to stop by and play some of the locals. I bascially only play MVC2, though. I’d be up for some CVS2 and Halo, too.

also, there are ppl that live in alb. but they don’t post here, you can check out x-topia.com for comp in that city,i think some ppl are trying to learn GGXX, but its mainly a soul calibur/tekken city
Were always looking for 2D competition at X-topia.com. It’s just we don;t get allot of feedback on it.
This tourament has GGX2 but I really wanted a SF type game like SF Vs SNK 2 or MvsC2… Whats going to bring the crowed out for 2D fighters is what X-topia.com wants to host… Hope to see you there check out X-topia.com for the details.

Yeah, there are also a few people here that do play some decent sf in this town, however, most of the arcades here are shit and don’t have the games. I know Cottonwood Mall has the original capcom v snk and there’s one or two players there occassionally, but yeah, I don’t think any of them post up on srk.
(And p.s. to Vinnyman… yes I am still alive, however, my internet connection is not so much. And no, I probably won’t be able to make it to tx showdown this year. I’m poor. And if I wasn’t poor… I’d probably go to new orleans this year instead anyway… :evil: )
