on october first ill be holding a tournament at tilt arcade. the featured games will be marvel vs capcom 2, capcom vs snk 2, and tekken 5. thanks to the guys that showed up to the last tournament on such short notice.
this time around we need more people to show up for marvel vs capcom 2 and capcom vs snk 2 since its been just the usual four people to show up for those games. hopefully the show up is better this time since im posting with more notice.
all games will be double elimination with the exception of cvs2 since the matches arent as fast paced as the other games. entry fee will be crowd dependent really. five dollars for a small crowd but you have to pay for your own games. ten dollars for a larger crowd but the games are taken care of with that ten dollars. all tourneys will begin at two that afternoon and registration will be at one thirty. hopefully more people will turn up this time. all tourneys are practice before the next xtopia so i may have one more before xtopia finally arrives.
thats for the people who aint kno. so back to the subject. they can whore sagat all they want ive played enough sagats now to see how he works and when i should stop him. my problem is i get impatient and start attacking cuz it seems slow but thats during casual matches. tournaments is when i start concentrating like crazy ask pi. and you kno my sentinel will beat yours D come on. but ill bring it when you come back down but why you gonna use MSP against my sentinel when im challenging your sentinel. and that perfect was a fluke in my game for underestimating you from the start you see it didnt happen again.
Fluke my ass, you used Sent/IM/Doom. Drones, Repulsor Blast, Rocks, NO CHIPPING? You got raped, it was ugly, and Pi was there. Am I perfectly confident that my Sentinel will rape your Sentinel? YES. You can talk all the shit you want, but I play in the NW, and our shit is on another level.
Tell you what. As soon as my travel plans are all put together, and I know if and when I’m going to be down there, we can play for real. 4 out of 7 for $50. Feel confident enough to match?

Again, you can concentrate all you want in a tourney and not attack so much,but keep in mind you’ll have a tough time with some grooves. Especially ones not dependant on roll, usually p or k grooves dont ( or shouldnt) attack much, therefore turning it into a ‘chicken match’ aka, lets see who will jump in first.
