So i guess it was a typo. At tilt it says the tournament is for august 26th but i got a text from xero that it would be the first saturday of september. Im not sure of the date, but its one of those now.
Heh, so 26th eh? I’ll see if I will be able to make it, since I’m going to have to hit up Dallas for a month or so in late September, so I might not be able to go whenever Hollywood! does. But we’ll see!

It was a fun tournament. Low tier finals was interesting, I don’t really practice those teams anymore but I managed to pull it out in the end.
It was cool that I had to come out to Albuquerque the same weekend a tournament was being held. I wish there had been more people but it was nice to get some games in.
My bad Derrick about Sunday, something came up and I didn’t have any way to get a hold of you. we got to the mall late but no one was there.
I think you’ve all got much better since the last time I was there. I’ve still got a lot to work on.
As far as specific stuff goes, I think I’ll be back for the tournament Pi mentioned later this year … I forgot which month you said it was in.

So I heard something about a Nov. tourney…what’s the word on that?
I believe it’s on the 11th of Nov. or something like that. Go check the X-topia forums for specfics. Think I’ll come outta retirement for this… need to get back into the good old Capcom. School + Work + Broke = No free time to go out and play. Shit the only game I play at all anymore is WoW cause it’s cheap. 50 cents a day < any other game I can think of. I kinda feel like a lame ass, and I’m sorry I missed the tourney(ies) in Sept. I’m finally kinda making it outta the debt I was in for a long time, and moving in with the GF has got my head on a lot more straight than living with my friends. I miss hangin’ with you guys and beatin’ the pants off ya too =). But, let’s hope that the beatings will commence once again in the near future.
I’ll definitely be trying to make it to the Nov. tourney. Would be cool to have a nice turnout. Hope everyone comes, even if we are gonna lose all our money to EP/LC. Perhaps my absence to the games have possibly improved my skills. lol irl. Anyway, maybe someone could convince Jonathan to post up specifics about the tourney over on SRK.
