I just wanted to post here that I think FFF2 was one of the best tournies I’ve ever been a part of. I really had a great time at the event and at the convention itself. It also couldn’t have happened without the awesome volunteers that helped out with everything.
Eric, Maddy, Kelly, and Aaron you guys were amazing for always being behind the booth and dealing with the unwashed masses. GoldenGlove also deserves a big shoutout for helping with setting up and taking everything down. Luke, Garrett, AJ, Zal, Pat and anyone else that helped run a bracket also deserve major props! I would have added Rosen-b in there too, but he’s in Hawaii right now and I’m far too jelly. Major thanks to Pi for keeping track of all the crazy tourney stuff as well.
Also, big thanks to Eli, Zal, Garrett, and everyone else that posted up flyers for helping get the word out and make sure there were people there to enjoy our kickass event! Finally of course the biggest props to Montoya (who doesn’t even read this shit) for making sure we were even able to do something like this in the first place.
Also thanks to Farmington and El Paso for coming and making our event even better just by showing us new strats and playstyles. Same goes for CO, but they don’t read this crap either.
I know I’ve missed naming people because I’m always forgetting stuff like that but for everyone that helped out, know that I am very thankful to all of you for every contribution you made. We all made this happen together.
EDIT: Oh and thanks to Nick for dealing with all the video and having to watch SxT again. Poor dude.
Also I’m glad to say we only got one major complaint regarding FFF2.
The baby was extremely upset that Aaron kept waking him up.
I put it back in its box.
Maddy and kelly deserve so much props for real. It’s amazing how tough those girls are.
Is there any way we can seperate Aaron and the baby next time?
You also forgot to mention the complaint of lag on the asus. Umberrrrrrrrrs.

Hey guys, my name is Aaron, I was just recently directed to this thread while trying to find some local people to start playing against. I am happy that this is here! I was starting to think I would be forever doomed to play only XBL matches. I am 26, been playing SF4 for about 3 years, but I didn’t start getting serious about it until this last year. I love the game, and I am excited to learn more of its intricacies. Thanks for your time, I hope to get some games in with you guys soon!

The actual top 5 consists of everyone who helped make FFF2 awesome (all way-more-than-five of you).
For Friday we’ll have two games at my place…**SSF4:AE **and UMVC3!
Casuals will start around 7 PM for those that want fun games, and will continue the rest of the night.
AE will start around** 8:00 PM**, be $1, and played all on PS3. Will need an extra copy of the game.
UMVC3 will start around** 9:30 PM**, will be $1, and probably played all on PS3. I don’t own any copies of this so bring it if you can.
I’ll only have one PS3 and a bunch of TVs, so if people want to bring consoles/setups that would be awesome. I’ll probably have extra TVs as well if someone wants to bring just a console.
