He’s a Florida player known for SF4. He’s one of the top Fei Long players in the nation, but he was also a pretty good MvC3 down there locally winning MvC tournaments, beating out players like Flash Metroid.

The only difference between you and I is the game I play(ed) is far more competitive than SCV (or DoA for that matter) will ever be.

I may have only entered one SC5 tournament in NM and won it, but I still do my damage outside of NM. SC5 is DEAD in NM. I’m missing out on the 4 man Round Robins? I’m known in my main games I play. You aren’t. I can go to a major and ask a random MvC3 player, "Hey, who is Onslaught20003948482828etc.?) and they wouldn’t know. I guarantee they wouldn’t know who the hell I’m talking about. You go to a SC5 major and ask them who Black Mamba is, they will tell you.
I don’t care if you play the more “Competitive game,” you aren’t much of a competitor. Capcom games are about who has the better character, who has the better counter-pick, and who has the better gimmick. 3D fighting games are about who is the BETTER PLAYER. Whenever I lose in games like SF4 or MvC3 to some random ass no name in tournament, I feel so cheated. When I lose to someone in a 3D fighting game, I know I lost to the genuine better player. Period.
