Sure no prob.

Also Steve plays Marvel. So that’s three…lol

Albuquerque barely played marvel lol.

Also more people play marvel 3 here than anything. It gets the most entrants and newer players than any game here.

Why would you name Alex over Brett or Jon as a Marvel player here too?

I’m not going to lie, I totally forgot about Jon and Brett during that post, heh.

Hey, now!

If all goes well, I’ll be there this upcoming Friday night. Hopefully I’ll have a special guest with me.

Little does everybody know you stole those off a weak old man with so many nerfs he’s legally blind.

You got bodied by gief and his homosexual friend hawk.

Yet he still has the dollars…

if you have any questions or if you see some bad math, let me know! We (Eli, Garrett, and I) decided games with less than 6 people on the bracket will be subject to half points as the points are guaranteed and it is unfair to those who only play more popular games with harder brackets. The season finale is next Saturday, I can’t wait to see you all there!

Lupin and MGS are both REALLY good. That’s badass.

Wooa woooa wooa Xal, You left off New Mexico’s best player!

Where’s Pat???

Congrats to all the ranking leaders. Sorry I haven’t made it to the past couple of ranbats. Will be there Saturday to buy some shit from Jon and thank him for the time, space, and equipment he’s been so gracious with. Don’t worry though, I won’t exacerbate the super hard task of running these tourneys by entering.

A couple things.

  1. Knot entered and got 4th in week 3 KoF.

  2. I disagree with this

Unfair to people who only play more popular games? Small brackets mean those people could have entered and earned points in the unpopular games without having to play at all. By devaluing those games, all you’re doing is rewarding people who forfeited opportunities for ranking points. I’m not arguing this to try and score more points for myself (like I said, I’m not entering anything on Saturday. I expect and welcome being passed up). But if anyone’s getting screwed over, it’s Gustavo and Fernando. Dudes show up from Santa Fe every week and enter every game, including games they dislike and “don’t play”, because they’re gunning for points. Isn’t that the kind of player Ranbats should reward? Everyone knew how the points system was supposed to work going into the season. Just because a bunch of people weren’t looking to maximize their gain under that system, why punish the people who were?

Whatever, I guess it doesn’t drastically shake up the point totals anyway.

anyone wanna money match in AE?

Regarding the change to ranbats…i know I only got to make one, but I agree with Steven, to change that now compromises the integrity of the entire point-system…especially so late in the season.

Not to mention halving the point totals would just lead to an unpopular game getting even less entries. If you want to change point stuff, don’t do it one week before the end of the season.

Yes I do. Frisbie 50 bucks first to five? Was up?

I’ll money match Zman in GGXX, that shit was so fucking crazy. Those were like 4 games in a row all ending on a sliver or pixel left, so hype, was off the chain man.

If anyone wants to run some Marvel or try out Skullgirls when it comes out let me know I can host some games before the weekend. Only have a PS3 and UMVC3/Skullgirls so bring your own stick.
Can host past 4pm on Mon/Wed, not Tuesday, and hopefully try to get something going on Thursday.

let me rephrase that, anyone wanna money match me in AE?

Na! I wouldn’t feel right taking more money from you!
