Iron Fist is just pretty shitty and Strange has a hard time when he’s solo. First team has better synergy IMO.

Slip, Ranbats on Saturday sound just fine. What time are you driving down? Or do you even live in Santa Fe anymore? Would be cool to get a few local games on Friday if you guys are down. Do you guys even touch Soul Cal 5? I better practice up a little tonight. I’ll be totally unprepared for defending other characters. No internet, so maybe I’ll spar the computer.
Tried to see if there were any gamers at a local used game store in the mall. The guy was only concerned with selling me the game, which I already have. Otherwise, he didn’t want any part of playing some casuals, nor did he seem to have a clue what that was. Silly mortal.
For Friday we’ll have two games at my place…SCV and Mahvel!
Casuals will start around **7 **PM for those that want fun games, and will continue the rest of the night.
SCV will start around 8 PM, be $1, and probably be all PS3. I’ll have one console and one copy of the game, so extras are appreciated.
Mahvel will start around **9 PM **(or whenever SCV finishes) and be $1.I don’t have any copies of it so if someone can bring it that would help a lot.
At the moment I have two tourney TVs, one casual TV, and my PS3. If people could bring casual/tourney setups or tourney monitors that would be awesome!

Maybe next week. I’m trying to salvage what I can, looks like pretty much my entire setup overheated and is pretty much toast so I’ve been busy trying to replace gear and sift through what footage is actually good.
Damn, that sucks. So does that mean more then likely the SC5 footage is lost?
The grand finals look alright, there are some dropped frames but no big. The other two matches there are some missing chunks (around 30 seconds just drop out here and there) when I run the video in Final Cut. I’m going to try and run the original file through a couple of converters and see if it’s an indexing issue or something like that. Getting the SC5 footage up is my first priority right now then Marvel, SF and KOF.
Needless to saying I’m buying a new capture box with my tax return to I don’t have to deal with this again.
It’s only “lost” because you won and nobody wants to watch that. As Kage said, he’s only going to post footage that is “actually good.”
SFxTK looks pretty sweet! Starting next month, it’s gonna be SFxTK & SC5 tournies forever (with randomly peppered Melty Blood as well)!
