Well actually, at first my response was going to be for there ever being an MvC Stick.
But then you mentioned the rumor about Comic-Con being MvC, so that reminded me of it.
And so I changed my reply to being for both.

If there were they’d have advertised it by now. We knew about the SF4 licensed products months before the game’s release date.
if you got something is Just been Announced and Limited and buzzzzzzing , wait until the show end ,Comic-Con International Convention taking place between July 22nd through to July 26th , While the Marvel VS Capcom Xb360 will be on the 29th.
Beware of these sticks being sold on ebay guys. I tend to think that the dust washers with the hadouken arrows are being removed by the sellers and when they list their description it’s nowhere to be found. Real good way to get out of any complaints or threats of negative feedback. I just don’t see how Capcom and Madcatz would list the dust cover as an actual feature on the stick directly on their websites and not deliver.

What do we have to gain from taking them out? We have none because there is none.
Apparently a lot of people just want the washer so a few more bucks in a separate auction on top of what you make for the stick. Not accusing you of anything but until MarkMan or Capcom explain why a feature listed on their site didn’t come with the sticks then I’ll assume they’re being swiped…at least in most cases.
Funny. While arthong’s washers are awesome they’re not exact and made from acrylic circles. The official ones look different. Again, no accusations just wanting to know what happened. Why are you so sarcastic to my curiosity

the thing is that like someone said, it seems like /nobody/ has gotten a stick with the arrow dust washer. If people really were taking them off and selling them 1) we probably would have heard from at least 1 person who has it on their stick by now, and 2) every person selling it would have had to collaborate or something to decide that none of them would sell it with the washer. It would be a pretty big coincidence if they all thought they could get away with it independently…
possible? Sure, but incredibly unlikely.
Because by your logic someone actually paid for a comic con pass($40) paid for parking($10) then bought the stick($180) then swapped the washer.
For an extra $3.

where are people getting the idea that the washer is worth $3? Because art sells a similar one for that price? The one thing I do agree with benjiedude on is that you can’t really compare the two… one was (supposed to have been) manufactured for an exclusive stick, the other is being mass produced and wasn’t made in the same way.
I’m pretty sure if and when the matter with the washers are resolved that mad catz will do right by their customers.
I’ve been to their offices since they are local and everyone was really nice. When I had a problem with my TE, even beyond the 90-day warranty, they still fixed it plus I got some extra screws to boot :D.
