I missed out on the first four LB2 matches from VIPZERO, is there any other sites or people on the GFB that have them?
just check GFB they keep ya updated on new matches.
I’m just starting to learn Last Blade 2, so maybe there’s something I’m missing, but is jumping a whole lot really that good of an idea? Or is it just that these players aren’t very good at dealing with it?
Well the thing is, that the antiair specials are cvs2(snkside)/kof style high priority, small invincibility kinda deals so I guess there are a lot of things that can stuff them. They’re mixing it up though beween weak and fierce, so it’s hard to shield. The guys at the oooooolld last blade 2 thread off “other games” section would probably better explain this than I can.

Is speed overall better than power in this game?
I would say no. In the tourney vids it would seem power is like 80% of the chars. Power can just dish out so much more damage in single hits and speed is so much more easy to parry, so I think it kinda eliminates some of the effectiveness of speed. However some chars are good in speed or both(I guess Zantetsu, Moriya).

I’d have to agree with this guy. I don’t know too much about the game, but Power is what’s used in tourney. Power can still do basic combos that does as much dmg as speed b/b(minus the infinite loops), from what I seen.

Actually his performance was pretty good. Notice how on the knockdowns, the Pyron player would sometimes bait with the opening animation frames of Pyron’s Nebula Image (Roundhouse Kick: which is VERY easy to block and Guard Reverse, which is why the Sasquatch player didn’t ground evade, but stayed in one spot, screwing himself), only to cancel out of it into the Stardust Shoot Pursuit. Sneaky bastard…
Just took a look at these.
Nice Last Blade matches. Glad to see some tourney action for once.
I know a couple players on kaillera who’re better than some of these guys though.
I’d love to have these people play online.
