Better Q: who’s going to NEC? If I go, I want to go on Saturday and maybe Sunday till the afternoon. Anyone want to do mvc2 team tourney? That’s the only form of mvc2 tournament that I’m willing to enter (or have enough money for).
i was going to go but jerry ruined it telling my mom i’m going and she’s like no you’re not, how many showed up for ST on Thursday, 6?
We had a full bracket of 8(!) people. Even convinced my boy Carl to give money to the cause. Shocking…but still better than cvs2 turnouts. 
Just give it up, dude. This game doesn’t exist in NJ. Play some SF games instead.
And I don’t think the world is ready for a Jersey trailer. Jersey is too much to handle. :lol:

Im in Princeton,NJ from Orlando until Monday. If anybody wants to play hook that shit up.
Go up Rt.1 N to Edison and go to Menlo Park mall. The arcade in there is probably the only place you’ll find other humans to play against this weekend. Actually, you’ll probably find lots of people to play considering massive holiday shopping traffic and all. That’s your best (and only) bet to find some kind of comp at this time and this part of NJ. They have mvc2 and random 3D games (SC, Tekken, blah)
Unless their Tekken play has really improved since before it closed down in the summer, I would not expect decent comp. in that unless someone outside comes and plays. The local comp is pretty weak for Tekken 4, weak enough where I was able to beat them with my ghetto (at the time) Paul, Julia, and Brian.
I see some decent MvC 2 players there from time to time (but what do I know? I don’t play the game) but runaway Storm would own them for free. Unless they’re from outside the area…even still, runaway Storm is too good. Runaway Storm needs to be in CvS 2.
I do’nt know why, but for some odd reason, I feel like learning Iron Man. You may see a possible ghetto Iron Man at the Cove next week Rob. Iron Man, Cable, and Storm are the only people I’ll learn besides Strider/Doom. Maybe Sentinel, but he looks like too much work.

I didn’t say the comp was great or anything. Just meant that there are usually other humans there to play against, something not found pretty much anyplace else in central NJ with arcade machines. Big difference.

shawn said he’s bringing two people, steve and john, and I’m going that’s all I think tho. I’m trying to convince Jerry to go so we can enter team CVS2 (2 man Sagat/Blanka team!). You can take my place on our MVC2 team if you want you’ll do better than me I don’t know how to play that game.

Hey Josh, do you know if Wayne is coming? If he is and has no mvc2 team yet, tell him I’m down to team with him. Shawn, same for you, too if you have no team yet either. Wayne D/Shawn/wej would be way too good. I plan on using some obscure mid-tier shit, btw. It’s a team tourney, so I shouldn’t really have to worry about counter-team nonsense or anything - I hope. Just stick to what I know good.
