Such a ridiculous overcomparison. Robo-Ky isn’t at all like Sean, as Robo-Ky actually has options. If he gets on offense it can get pretty fucking ugly, unlike Sean. Robo’s problem is that if you get on offense first, he has very little he can do to stop you. His heat guage builds automatically if he’s blocking high guardstun attacks, and his DP’s invincibility was removed entirely. He has the slowest jump in the game, and his standing H has been slowed down so that it’s the same speed as most character’s jabs, so trying to IB->5H doesn’t work against a lot of shit anymore.
Robo’s big problem is his shitty defense.
If anyone is like Sean, it’s definately Order-Sol because of the large amount of gimmicks both characters use to win. Although to be fair, Sean is still worse than Order-Sol in that regard too.

I’m more than certain eddie was nerfed, but then again you still do see people win with him nowadays. Anyone seen Venom in action? Holy moly, more loops and less tension makes me want to play him. I-no is even more sexy in that I think overall she’s been beefed up. We need more of her!
About the GG community, I’ve got to say that in some places it’s just strong and other places (like where I am) you’re desperate to find someone to play with. Dustloop is a great place to share information but I have this feeling that nothing beats playing casuals, getting your ass beaten, and learning from that.

if you’ve payed attention to any of the vids that i’ve posted especially in my last post you would’ve seen that he been made slightly stronger. he’s still a very big pain in the ass against Sol players and he’s still just as cheap if you know what to use and when to use it.

Well…yeah…I watched the sol Vs Faust match…Also , as always, testament can be a real pain in the ass spreading all those traps around. I wish to know how to deal with hit.
In another site I saw 3 matches btwn Faust and Dizzy where faust won 2 of them but with a lot of difficulty. The funny thing that I keep asking myself is that, like in those battles, if trowing the bomb bag is an addict or a strategy hehehe 
ok…I’m a little lost on the different guilty gears…I’ve only played the one with justice kliff and robo-ky as unlockable characters…I think its x2…can someone let me know how many there are and which one is the best(at least the best over here because I’m sure there are better versions in japan) also, I’m trying to find out how to get ex or gold justice if possible because my boys always get to use their characters in different versions but I never get to. right now I’m using zappa(he’s awesome most of the time) and johnny(they hate johnny but they don’t understand how dope he is…haha) thanks for the help…
Yeah, Guilty Gear’s bottom tiers are generally much better than the bottom tiers of other games (meaning, it’s not all that unusual for people to use the characters/win tournaments with them). Remember that Jam won the last SBO with a win streak of 12 or so and she’s nowhere near top in Slash.
Best US version is still X2 on PS2 and #Reload if you have an Xbox. Otherwise, you have to import the new version that everyone plays now, Guilty Gear XX/ (Slash).

tiers are 90% of the time to me when i read always seem to be sol, ky, faust in some order shrug.
Concerning Jam - You say she is not top tier…but is it possible to get a good win percentage with her? Im tired as fuck of Ky. My training partner and I both use him as our main. Gets old and im liking Jam a lot at the moment. Just curious.

Series of “parrying sessions” with KA2, the Jam player that dominated SBO this year. Too bad that more than half the opponents seemed to be freaked out and dropping combos like mad as well as getting hit by stuff advanced players usually wouldn’t.
Jam is somewhat toned down in Slash but her basic game is still in tact. She still has all her b&b stuff, without the bullthit factors she had in #R.
Jam is top tier, she was nerfed from reload alot but her strong fundamentals remain the only thing that actually hurt her game is the 2 frame delay on her airdash other than that shes pretty much the same a few chnges here and there…she is still top tier, maybe not the highest but she’s somewhere within the top 5 or 6.
