^^^that’s not sayin a whole lot. May is kinda-sorta underated. i’ve seen this bitch beat slayer before…and slayer is a fuckin beast. now that’s sayin’ a lot, but dont get me wrong, HOS is too much of nerfed version of regular Sol. the only thing good that i see about HOS is that he seems a lil’ faster than reg. Sol. other than that, lets just wait for “GGXX SLASH 1.5” or whatever the next version that comes out after this one. he mite be mid tier on that one.
That Potemkin Johnny match is hot hot hot. I’m trying to take up Johnny and Pot is my worst matchup by far 
Order-Sol lacks power moves without a CH, and range. Those are his main problems. His ability to build guard guage if he gets in is good, as he has pressure options that can build it to around 40, retain frame advantage, and force a 3 way guessing game on someone. If that’s in the corner, they’re eating almost half life from a throw anyway, and their only options are throw/mash/jump/block. If HOS guesses right on offense and they tried to mash/throw or jump, he gets 300 damage pretty easily.
No, his problems are his lack of power moves and almost zero range. He’s an N-groove Shoto on crack, but half the cast is Yamazaki. That’s fucking hard.
I love HOS and all (he’s my main), but damn, dude’s got the reach of a T-rex.

Does anyone have an explanation why this game isn’t more popular than it is? It’s more in depth than 3S, has more individual fighting styles and looks far nicer than any other 2D fighting game.
It’s not like GGXXS is incredibly hard to play properly (like VF4ft) it is harder at a more competetive level but that shouldn’t put people off.
Everyone should try and get their local fighting game buddies into GGXXS spread the GG love around the world as much as possible.
