Let me dissuade you from learning Bridget as one of your first characters. She was my main in #R, but I had several other characters in XX before taking her up. She is very difficult to learn compared to most of the cast.
My suggestion, try learning Potemkin. You probably won’t take my advice because Pot is so slow, but its just a matter of learning how to play him. Slayer would be a fun first character too. At least with Slayer you won’t die in two combos like you would with Chipp. Since you said you don’t want top tier, I guess Ky is out, and you probably wouldn’t enjoy playing Sol either.

Is it just me…or is anyone else getting some bs about maid cleaning services when they try to hit up dustloop.com?
I would suggest installing a mod chip or fliptop vs. using a slide card, if it’s not too difficult for you.

It features a bunch of characters, including Robo Ky, Slayer, Faust, Ky, Testament, and some others.
The combos are your standard stuff that you’d see in match vids, but it’s all being performed with one hand. Just found it interesting.
