fuck didgital mayhem bull shit tournament no one gave a shit about while it was still around and now that its not going to be every ones making a big deal about it like its something special now to them. pshh people should just order pizza grab beer and set up shop some where and play casuals instead.

I understand it’s frustrating that nobody here holds any gatherings anymore. I would’ve gladly held some gatherings at my apartment but it’s waaaayyy out of the way for everybody. The only person who ever really held any good gatherings was Rob, but he can’t as much anymore since he’s busy with real life.
Like Dru said, it’s real easy to just sit back and complain when nobody wants to really put up a place for casuals in the first place.
Since you feel like bashing on the tourneys I ran there I am going to remind you the money you owe me which is $5. Remember you said you were going to win last time you went but didn’t. I was going to let it slide but this is unacceptable in my book. If your going to Wall’s please bring the money you owe me.
If any of you care about gatherings anymore the springfield crew and I are going to Vernon to hold fight nights and tourneys. I will update the atlantic thread with more info but people shouldn’t complain when I have tried to set up things for people to go but no one wants to put in the work or they set something up on the same day and avoid it altogether.
Since people wanna touch on gatherings, I have been saying for how long that on Fridays I hold shit at my store. Nobody shows with the exception on Howard, manny, min and select others that don’t post here. Even my tournies have been declining in people. I know people ask about prizes first but if there isn’t a big enough turnout I can’t do shit. I post up asking who is running any sessions at all. Nobody replies. Everyone is quick to bash on others but to get together it’s a fucking hassle. So I say this again. Fridays at my store. If Saturdays are more reasonable then I’ll switch. There’s a bar in the mall. I plan on having an all day tourney for SSF4 and I’m trying to get a big one going. My DM is on board but I need a lot of preorders so I cangive away free games and what not.
P&T Danbury is going to have another one soon. Any objections to it being on Dec. 13th?

Then what does what you said about the DM have anything to do with the way tourneys were run? The DM and I tried to do our best to have something in CT and if people aren’t willing to do the work then it’s the people not DM? When people talk bad about CT I usually say they are just busy with real life but when CT players purposely plans events over other events then it’s hard to back up what I am saying. I have noticed though you guys don’t really do that anymore which I am thanking everybody for. If the people who are hosting tourneys in CT can’t get SRK’s to join then try giving out flyers or going to different websites to promote. The people on SRK aren’t the only people that play SF4. Some people just might not know about the SRK site or your store for that matter. Don’t give up if people on this website don’t want to go just look for a different way to get people to go. It takes work, patience,and perseverence to get something to happen it’s not just going to happen over night. Shady I didn’t wish for what I said to be interpreted that way so as my way of apolgizing our debt is off the table.

Well, walls is friday, and so is justin’s. DM is closing though, but saturday does seem like a better day for most people.
Raise your hand if you can make it to trumbull on saturdays, but not fridays.
I can do either, but i prefer saturdays.
