My mind is racked trying to figure out how useful she’s gonna be assist wise. If she’s got stances, how do you get to most of her moves? Hopefully most of her good stuff is gonna be available in her “neutral” stance. I guess I wouldn’t mind running her on point, though. If I even like her, I mean.
i don’t know how she plays but if shes good ill drop cerabella as my secondary and play as her
some the characters have something wrong with them that make the badasses (ex: fillia demon hair, ms.fotune can disesemble her body and put it back together , double can go insdie out , pain wheel is a lab experiment gone wrong

I wouldn’t worry about how effective she’ll be as an assist yet. We haven’t seen any of her normals or specials, and there only needs to be one gem among them to make her a great team player.
Painwheel actually came out pretty much as expected I think. It’s just that pesky mind control that didn’t work.
And yeah, as said above she’s dead.
She’s a 14 year old corpse with her mouth sewn shut and a fire breathing snake sticking out her eye socket.
The mention above of how her assists will work is interesting though (yes, I’m too lazy to multiquote). I wonder will she reset to a neutral stance when she tags out, or will she just attempt to do the input of your chosen assist when she comes in? Maybe she’ll have identical move inputs for different attacks across stances, so you always get a special if you assign one.

They said she will talk. It will be kinda a ventriloquist kind of talking.
When I first watched Squiglys concept art and such it took me REALLY long to notice that Leviathan is actually coming out of her head… It was kinda creepy for me back then. Good thing that Leviathan seems to be a nice parasite (oxymoron much?).

Well, actually, since Painwheel was intended to kill the skullgirl, and most of the time she is a failure at that, I guess her experiment did go wrong. By the way, did anyone figure out what her wish was?
Supposedly, squigly has a move similar to valentines revive move that involves your unconscious teammates. What it does is still a mystery, though.
A self-sacrifice, where Leviathan leaves her body, killing her, and instead slips into <teammate> and revives him with the health Squigs had left over.
Then again, that’d be a 2nd revive and I kinda don’t think they’ll do that~

It’s funny how the term has taken on so many different meanings and associations to the point where these different “styles” share only afew threads in common. When I hear “goth,” usually 80’s synthpop/post-punk come to mind first

Yet it could also refer to architecture or the sacking of Rome or Hot Topic goofiness (pseudogoth, I guess) or any number of other things, though perhaps you could say that a lot of what we see as goth today evolved out of that 80’s post-punk. These two characters are yet another example of that evolution.
Apparently Squigly has another butt dive. On a scale from 1 to Mr. Heart, of what magnitude will it be?
I’m also curious as to whether she’ll lose her double jump/airdash in her other stances, or if her walk/dashspeed or how her dash functions also changes.
I actually do think this is what they’ll do. Health regen/power up in exchange for meter and a corpse.
There is no more synthpop, only Purity Ring.

Yeah, as I was typing that, I realized how close my joke guess actually could be. Though even that seems too obvious. Maybe a downed teammate will grant her an install/new stance/improved frame data? All will become clear in the weeks to come.
