Crowd Fund first. EVO is 5 months away, the Crowd Fund will likely only stay open for 2 months on the outside.
Crowd funding is a much more priority then Evo Pot Money
one actually helps expand the game more and the other is just an added incentive to show up to Evo when you should already be showing up anyway
Another idea with Squiggly is have someway to “Detonate” her corpse like a land mine. It’ll cost super bar and health from the overall team, but it would be an extension of the whole “undead” theme, with her reviving for one last attack before completely dying. I’m thinking Haggar “Double-Lariat” kind of usage.
As for the Panzerfaust VA, I think this guy needs consideration, especially with those puns.
He also did other panzerfaust, Leviathon, and Brain Drain.
Obviously I would like to be able to fund Squigly and pay our people so they don’t need to take other jobs, so I would say crowdfunding Squigly (and other characters) should take priority.
More characters, especially male ones, should help grow the community, whereas tournament pots just encourage the existing player base.
Can I help anymore than just throwing my monies at the screen :D?

This may be a bit too soon, but…how will Squigly’s alt colors (#14+) be handled?
Is it safe to assume that 14-17 will be dlc and that 18 will unlock if all the other dlc colors are possessed?
