Oro is far from ‘easy’
I suggest Ken or Ryu really. Both have relatively easy combos, retain a lot of familiar things from other games, and are good to learn the basics with.

You get owned by tatsu because you’re trying to mash out of blockstun. Hold back until the tatsu ends. I troll SFIV players with stuff like this all the time.
Another great way to beat tatsu-spam is to block. Blocking in general beats shitty players. Just give them time, they’ll throw out unsafe moves, then punish.
You’ll be rank 3 in no time. Then you’ll have to learn the complex “crouching block” in order to defeat low roundhouse spam.
16 matches with makoto isnt exactly what id call a lot or near enough to be experienced with her or when you should throw in the towel. thats like a whole half hour of playtime. try spending a few hours playing before you start calling out bullshit or make claims about lack of antiairs. maybe read the makoto all about READ FIRST post and learn her normals and various options. at the very least, put more than a half hour into the game before complaining.
