On a neutral ground, between top japanese players in all games, and top u.s players in all games; if anything important was on the line; if they were to measure everything down to the last tick, japanese would ALWAYS come on top…at least I would put my money on the japanese.
p.s. besides, the vids don’t lie…Japanese are SICK in GGXX, there’s no way U.S has the top competetion in that game. So peter should take his ego over there.

I gotta agree with Strawberry on a few things the first being that the Asian players are WAYYYY better than U.S. players in anything but MC2 and maybe soul caliber 2. If that isn’t obvious to all then you gotta open your eyes. Whenever U.S. players go to Japan they get their ass handed to them. When top japanese players come here they always take CVS2/GGXX/3s etc… It’s crazy. How i see it we ALL got some serious practice time to put in because i havent seen anyone CLOSE to Daigo’s level. If i’m misinformed please let me know. If you don’t agree you’re kidding yourself!!!
As far as tournaments go, people get a grip, tournaments are not jobs. If the IRS can’t fuck with you about it then you ain’t making that much money:rolleyes: The only person i’ve seen that could look at video games as secondary income would be Justin because he keeps on winning,and maybe Sanford because once he gets focused he is like a machine. Tournaments are for fun fellas,treat them as such. oh well.
Actually, you can make a living off tournaments. It can only be from PC games though. PC games always get sponsership for their tounaments. Some tournaments have $40,000 for 1st. The only way you can make some change in fighting games is if you play and are good in everything like Valle.
