They didn’t actually change Rose’s c MP or st. MK. They just threw those in to say “Hey, she still has good stuff!” It’s been the same for a few other characters featured in the blog.
And how do you know this?
The way I’m seeing it (and the way someone else had it translated), crouch MP has a larger “hurt” box and far MK has a smaller hurt box, but less range. You’re the first person of 20 or so that I’ve seen interpret it that way.
I don’t think these are taken on the same frames, but give me an idea of what they did:

She’s still solid though.
First of all, I wouldn’t trust shitty machine translations nor those that include outright wrong sentences like “In addition, [Crouching MP]'s hitbox has changed.”

Says nothing of the sort.
Second, c MP’s hurtbox in super moves forward with each successive frame and continues to move forward to where it’s depicted in the blog pic a few frames after the active frames end.
I hope you’re right. I was assuming Art or one of the other Rose forum people were reading the Japanese.

Earlier they had blurbs on Sakura’s c HP and Dhalsim’s b HK, but the hitboxes depicted were almost exactly the same as it is in super. It’s not as if everything they’re posting is changes.
However, there does seem to be a difference in Rose’s st MK, looking at it again. Of course, there is a chance it’s just the devs messing up on the drawing. Their drawing of Ryu’s c MK in super is slightly off.

IMO those rose changes won’t matter very much aside from the super trap and ultra 2 being nerfed. I agree with those changes though.
Also, for a small comparison the Sakura blog had a picture of her crouch fierce explaining the hitboxes and why it is such a good anti-air. Maybe it’s similar for rose’s st.mk?
I don’t know. They might have needed the filler since as reported earlier, they didn’t do much to her.
