I dunno whats up with play asia. I randomly got my money back today for no reason, or atleast was refunded like 80-90 for no apparent reason, haven’t checked where it’s from yet. Is there anywhere else to get the game from if play-asia is being retarded?

shopncsx is their old shop (also preorder shop) and ncsxshop is their new one… Why the pre-order shop is not in stock while the other one has it in stock is I dunno… weird.

Great. I can’t seem to get anything to go right. I got the money together, my bank charges me some bullshit I forgot about. I get the money together again, and order from play-asia cause one of the two NCSX shops is out of stock. I find out the other NCSX has it and play-asia is actually on backorder. My bank treats all pending charges as unavailable, so even though play-asia hasn’t shipped it or charged officially, my bank has the $96 on hold. Play-asia FINALLY processes and says it’s ETA Shipping Date is January 26th. I decide to try to pull a couple more strings and now the other fucking NCSX shop is out of stock too.
This game isn’t even worth it to me at this point. I’d love to play it but only a handful of people are even ordering it, half of them haven’t gotten it and Jon even got a refund, and who gives a shit cause everyone’s gonna drop it when Marvel comes out anyway and that’s gonna be the next SF4. Even if everyone else gets their game by this Friday, we’ll only have about 4 weeks until Marvel gets leaked and everyone’s playing it the weekend of the 12th anyway. Then there will be the 4 people who bought it still playing it, and the other 4 who played it at a gathering will just play Marvel.
To everyone who answered, thanks for the info. Shouldn’t really shock me there’s no arcade scene in this town, with it being right next to post and all. Glad to see there’s get togethers, though. I have really been wanting to get some non-live competition, and hopefully learn a lot.
As for what I play, Super 4, ST, CVS2, Alpha and 3s. I also play KoF, and Garou. I’m not a big fan of playing Marvel, but I enjoy watching it. I’m also gonna try to get into MvC3.
Yah me and Arcana are not on good terms right now. The only reason I want it now is to honor my deal with Rob. They havent even sent me anything about my preorder yet Jimmy can get a scheduled date of the 26th. My preorder status has been “preparing order” since Jan 8th when I ordered it. This is bull. Just gonna get Dead Space 2 and hold out for Marvel.
