Akuma and Taskmaster reveals seemed kind of lackluster. Also, does Phoenix’s healing field only work if you are attacking your opponent?
It only works if the healing field is touching the opponent.
Is there a February post-mvc3-release Lucky’s planned yet?

So…I’m not off Tuesday. I found this out today. I’ll keep everyone posted on what’s going down with games here this week.
Best part of ian’s was West showing everyone why Roski wins. Those in attendance know your secrets now.
Also, arcana 3 was fun. Talking about guilty gear for hours was fun. Matches were fun. fun was fun. The only down side of playing so much offline 4 is that it makes me never want to play online again lol.
Don’t forget about West’s secret weapon in SSF4. I barely scraped by, but if he keeps it polished he’ll win next Lucky’s. Bet it. I’m pretty sure after seeing that, Akuma’s clearly his alt and not his main.
Taskmaster and Akuma looked awesome to me… Akuma is so intense and fast (feels like how he should be as his character) and Taskmaster has a beast move set for space control it looks like. They’re actually some of the cooler reveals IMO.
Those characters really don’t show anything innovative. I fell asleep on them shits. had to wipe the slob off my keyboard. imo outside of maybe 6 or 7 characters the roster looks stale. Shuma goraths art is more exiting than that taskmaster vid.

I think like 12 of the chars look interesting enough to test out… If lei lei and sentinel are the next chars (Sentinel is so in this game, btw) then that’ll make it 14…

To anyone who owns Arcana Heart 3:
Can you check on the back of the box, and see if it lists 1080p as a native resolution? Or will it run 720p at the highest? Cause the way my consumer HDTV works, if it’s not capable of 1080p, I probably can’t get it to be lagfree through the VGA port and I might have a problem. I can’t find this info online anywhere, but I only looked for about 10 minutes.

I’m also doing a round of props. I was getting worked in Guilty Gear and Pacstrife just pressed pause and showed me a gang of things I need to be doing, both system and character wise. I didn’t even have to ask, mandatory schoolin’ :sad:
Props to T.Hawk vs Zangief matches, shoutous to two days in a row of almost no sleep and talking rot for three hours on the drive back, and shoutouts to 5 screens of super with nothing but Cammy mirrors (keep the hate alive).
