Naruto: Ultimate Ninja (PS2) - Tiers, Gameplay, etc

thank you

(ps2) ultimate ninja is probably easier to pick up, more geered towards being fun than competitive i’d say, i still like it, but for similar reasons to liking budokai 3, it’s fun to play and can be competitive with friends

(gc) gekitou isn’t the same game (i know sum ppl wonder, so just sayin’) it’s got more competitive elements in it and the pace isn’t so run-around like so for competition it looks like gekitou would be the way to go

someone answered this already, the Gc version is better since its actually a fighting game.:arazz:

More or less.
Hell, I don’t even own a Gamecube, yet its quiet obvious that the GC version surpasses the PS2 version.

As said before, the PS2 version is mainly for fanbase and nothing more really. To take the game seriously is… well… meh…

But then again, the GC version is no better.
Sure, its more like a fighting game when compared to the PS2 version, but the Gamecube version is quiet broken itself, and is kind of a joke to take seriously as well.
Luckly for the GC version, they try to make the game more balance and add features in the game to make it more interesting gameplay-wise, but they don’t seem to have much time to add more “fanboy features” in it.

Plus: The GC version is 4 players.

i disagree, and so do a lot of other people. both games have tournament communities, albeit small ones. if you want the skinny on nh vs gnt, you can find debate threads at www.willvolution.com (gnt community) and www.shishi-rendan.com (nh community).
