I suggest the GC controller though. It’s the standard and in most people’s opinion the best for it. Easiest control set-up, too. The only thing it lacks is waggle mode and hand signs, but hand signs are banned anyway and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone use the waggle. If it’s just for funzies he can use the Wiimote-Nunchuck combo but I’d recommend the GC controller if you can procure one for cheap.
@ ShotgunSteve: You have to bait him into using it and punish him as the animation ends. If you time it right, it should punish without activating the counter.

Just jump around and run in for a throw a lot. Eventually he’ll think you’re going to shank or run in BB and he’ll throw it out there. Just play safe and you shouldn’t have too much of a hard time. The danger is still there though.
Yeah, and when low on health he can fucking summon it with no chakra. So lame.

The Naruto games are SOOO funny to play with people who don’t know a goddamn THING about the franchise. My friend will gets SOO confused about everything. Most of it I just shrug off as “JAPANESE SHIT” since I’m used to anime and fighters xD but alot makes sense since within the last few months I started watching the series.

Some things common to transformations like that are:
Attack/defense changes
Move set changes
New specials
Health drain
Throw change
Kakashi (regular, not ANBU)i, specifically, gets a slight health drain, but his counter changes and gets faster, has slight changes to his move list, and a new special. I’m not sure if he gets attack level changes though
If you meant ANBU, he gets the highest guard meter in the game, at 8x the normal guard (one-hit guard break moves like ANBU Kakashi’s r.A in Chidori mode) will only take like one ball off of your guard meter, his counter changes to something reminiscent of his j.X, and his X/X.u has all the same effects as the fully charged version such as damage and distance he gains a one-hit guard break as his r.A.
