As far as i know, NAOMI emulation was mostly made it at the same time with Dreamcast emulation because its mostly the same specs (just with four times the RAM and the cartridge games) but the REAL problem is the ROM/GD-ROM encryption, Cosmic Smash and Virtua Striker 2 are the only games who are emulated because these ROMs are originally not encrypted… so, if you want MVC2 and mostly all the NAOMI game list, you will need to wait A LOT, specially with GD-ROM ISOs, they need to understand first how to made a proper GD-ROM ISO for the emulators and, as i say, understand the encription.

And, by the way, hope that the guys who are dumping the ROMs and, specially, the new games doesnt release the titles in public too soon, emulate MVC2 is good stuff, but emulate GGXXAC and the new games can affect Sega and kill the NAOMI forever, just remember what happened with SNK and the Neo-Geo.**

Remember That Naomi in this late years doesn’t have the boom of titles in the first half of this decade.

There are no more NAOMI games coming out from major developers, so, it’s not going to affect them.

oh boy i just cant wait till its time to get magneto and storm inf’d in mvc2.
whose excited enough for mvc2? to bad no ones going to create a cheat file so that everyones rom will have all characters and colors. if not we’re pretty much screwed :shake:

Who said no one wont? Hacking MAME run games are easy, and literally all the other games have cheats, so you can rest assured MvC2 will have some, too.

Could it be time again to find secret characters in our favourite games? CPS-3 emulation bust SF3 wide open with Hugo’s appearence in NG and Shin Akuma in 3S, I would be amazed if it happened again…

marvel for naomi is going to be retarded to get unlocked characters unless everyone knows the codes or a savestate is released for it or something.

i hope the loading time for the roms aren’t insane, I’m sure that will be the case at first, but eventually im sure someone will find a way to speed them up.

hopfully nulldc gets some were with the naomi board and fix up there netplay which probably would be better than kailleras delay/lag fest
