The Marty ODE from Deunan is nifty, but you’ll still need to buy the system cards. Not into doing that.
I have one of his GDEMUs and it’s a god send. I still have the original laser if it’s need later.

I think there is a way to still play online without the broadcast adapter if not mistaken. If so see you in some FF:MOW after the adapter comes out?
I have added to my stick two buttons R and L behind. They are repeated, but I will use them more than anything for Pinball games.

The basic PS3/PS4 Fighting Board definitely does, can’t say for the full size version.
Yes there is enough space. I installed a ds4 PCB in namco. A ufb will for sure sure. Best spot for the PCB is above the joystick.
