Do Big Mike and myself currently hold the “CA Thinks We Turtle” awards? I find it funny because a POTEMKIN called me a turtle. Yes! I know! As Dizzy, I will run right up to Potemkin and fight him close quarters. Grand idea!

Maybe that’s why he was so angry, I’d throw crap at him, then when he’d slidehead, I’d dash at him, the slidehead would miss (Dizzy is in the air during her dash), and I’d hit him for ~25%. It also kinda helped that I had seen ALL of those tricks done a million times before, thanks to the discovery of them by Mike Z, and the constant repetition of them by Maobei :-p
My school has an anime club and one of my peers said that they were going to play Final Fantasy and Tekken, well I didn’t go to the anime club that day, but I thought of something that might make people intersted in fighting games.
What I was thinking was that I would tell the head of the anime club that I would like to do something special. I would then present to them Street Fighter and teach them how to play it. I want to make them start off basic, so SF2 is the way to go, problem is that I don’t have ST, I have WW for the SNES with stiff controllers and to add more fault, I don’t have any DC controllers (Mike Z, that controller that you said was yours was actually mine). Would this still work? Since the people in the club are fans of anime, they might accept 2D games. I could have some pictures if they have seen these specific characters before (Ryu, Ken, Chunli, everyone knows them).
Mario–As far as MikeZ taking your DC controller… Come over to my pad and pick one of mine… I have like 4 and don’t use them aside from loading data from them.
Teaching Anime people ST doesn’t sound too fun. But I dunno there could be somebody who knows what they are doing. It’s up to you.

Thanks Mike, I know you’ve posted this many times, but where do you live? I could possibly come by on Friday, maybe Saturday, by city bus.
I wouldn’t be surprised if you guys were right. They don’t play video games too much and not many of them are in to fighters. I could give it a sample try, if they aren’t interested, then I’ll just forget about it. I doubt they have a joystick, if they were going to play, they’d most likely use a controller, heck, the best player(s) in the school (besides me) use controllers and think Son Son and Spider-Man are up there in the tiers.
the #5 stops like 2 blocks from my house. We play on saturdays. You could probably show up in the afternoon and head out early and avoid shady bus rides.
