3s side: Alpha Countering Chun’s super with ANY character that isn’t Rose is asking to get hit. Boomerang Raid will never miss a last hit. Aegis dominates most people, will do things like reflecting the Worshipper or Jedah’s wheel. However, they all play kinda…soft. Chun d.Fwd to super has to be done like a normal cancel now, thank goodness. Urien feels weird, and I don’t think he can juggle after d.Fierce, shoulder anymore (?). EX’s take 1/2 meter, everyone gets 2 equal-length meters, and parries are CvS2 timing. It’s nearly impossible to defend yourself against Anakaris with parries. No Genei-Jin, sorry Big Mike. It’s amazing that anyone was interested. Oh, and lots of anti-parry games are useless due to the fact that most people have airblocking…also note that Alex’s DP+K can be airblocked 100% of the time even if you do it as late as you can, including the EX version. Alex’s grab seems faster also - he actually has ticks now. Also apparently you can’t parry the worshipper…
Oh yeah, notes: For worshipper, Ryu turns into a duffel bag, and for Demitri’s super, Hauzer turns into a Sakura sprite with a big Hauzer head pasted on.
And a CFJ “highlight”: Chun supers through Ryu’s fireball, kicks his outstretched hands with her foot on the first kick (Ryu reels back), misses the rest of the first set, the entire second set, then steps forward for the last kick and it’s a 2-hit combo!
