I agree, I feel the whole voting process will/is spoiling the toy line, even though it was fun to be apart of the voting.:pleased:

No no, I didn’t mean to place blame on the fans. I took part in voting for rounds 3-5, and I was very proud of SOTA for having taken that approach. What I guess I meant was that by putting the primary cast up for series 1(again, save Sodom)and having mainly mainstream fighters as part of the voting process, they kind of shot themselves in the foot.
I would readily agree that it would be hard to place faith in a line that was offering Dan, Cody, R. Mika, Q and Twelve by series 9, but if they hadn’t threw everything behind the core characters in series 1-3 it would’ve been simplicity to space them out enough to make a near complete set. I dunno how well the figures are selling to the general public, but the real fans and collectors by and large would’ve supported series 1 if it had been, say, Ryu-Sagat-Dudley-Karin-Guy, just as readily as the lineup they did market.
I feel the same way about the voting, I love being part of it, but on the flip side its kinda bad in a way.

Got a question, the Dark Sakura thats supposed to be coming in December, is it just another Sakura in Black, or is it gonna be named as a new figure “Dark Sakura” like they did with Ryu and “Evil Ryu”? If it’s another color swap I’ll pass, but if its actually named differently on the package I’ll have to snag one.

Her eyes are not red and the box she is in, is the same as the other boxes.

Yea, Jerry announced that they’ll be releasing the other 10 Dolls, but they’ll be internet exclusive. He said this was because they were easy to do due to being head swaps 
…it’s kinda amusing how confused he is over the popularity and interest in a bunch of obscure non-playable characters 
I think, I’ll just get J&J only.
I’ll probably get all 10 dolls, just for collection’s sake.

Looks like there are gonna be quite a few variants for the cult Ganado from the pics. I was hoping for a Salazar, Saddler, and Bitores Mendez, but the selection they came up with is quite nice. Hopefully we’ll see at least a Series 3 before it dies out.
So we get cult Ganados w/variant heads, Regenerator, blind wolverine thing and Krauser? Not bad I suppose considering the cast they have to work with. That means if the series dies out with #3 I’ll expect representations of Wesker, Hunk, Salazar, Mendez and Luis. Saddler I really feel can just be a head swap of cult Ganado if they really feel the need to release him(I think the monster form would be a stretch to design and market).
I was thinking that maybe Saddler and Salazar could be a two pack, like they did with Wesker and the Hunter from the old Palisades line. I don’t think we really need Hunk and Wesker though, Hunk has 3 figures already and the Palisades Wesker is pretty good. But yeah, a Mendez and Luis I feel are musts. Also I hope some of these Ganados come with a small parasite (plagas?) forgot what they were called. Or maybe a variant head with all the tentacles and shit would be nice.
Palisades Wesker was dope, but I like the long coated Wesker from 4 and IIRC Palisades Wesker had no weapons. Plus, Wesker’s a shoe in for sales if they’re pitching to RE fans, just like SF fans will buy Sagat or Bison even if they already have a prior figure.
Hunk has 3 figs?! I missed the boat there. I remember the really old one that was small and had shotgun-pumping action or somesuch and came with a zombie/ravens, but I never saw the other 2.
Personally I hope they have some kind of deluxe box with Leon in the boat vs. Del Lago. I know without water that’d be hard to pass off but I think it would be cool.
